 We'll hear from a professional trainer, James Feldman (Shift Happens!), about creating a learning process that can be applied to any new technology implementation. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, and you'll leave with some helpful tools for implementing a new learning plan at your own library. Presented by the LACONI Technology Section.
