 Learn some new ideas for “Healthy Living: Finding the Right Path to Age Gracefully” with Dr. Sheila A. Dugan, M.D., from Rush University Medical Center.

With specialties in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Preventive Medicine, Dr. Sheila A. Dugan has helped thousands of patients to age gracefully through appropriate physical activity and healthy habits. When not in clinic managing back, shoulder or pelvic pain, she focuses on community-based research projects dedicated to making people less sedentary and less stressed.

Dr. Dugan earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. She has been on staff at Rush University Medical Center for over 10 years, after several years at the Harvard Medical School after residency. The program is free and open to all.
