"The Sixty-Eight Rooms:" Book Discussion & Diorama Craft

Description:
 Jack and Ruthie visit the Chicago Art Institute and discover a magic key that makes them gerbil-sized, allowing them to enter the historic worlds of the 68 Thorne Miniature Rooms in the lower level of the museum. (If you have not visited the Thorne Rooms, you will certainly want to after reading this book). Following the discussion, we'll create our own dioramas. For kids going into 4th, 5th, or 6th grade.
