Learn how to choose the best seasonal produce for your soups and gain insightful tips for preparing soups for every occasion. Plus, there will be samples.

Karl, who grew up in the restaurant business, has launched healthy-eating lunch projects at several local grammar schools and currently specializes in fresh, small batch soups available all over Chicagoland. He is the former owner of Oak Park's S3 Kitchen.
