Engaging with Aging

Event Type: Adult Program
Date: 9/27/2014
Start Time: 2:00 PM
End Time: 4:00 PM
What options are available to assist your aging parent? Where can mom and dad move and how will they get there?

These questions and more will be addressed by “Engaging With Aging,” a straightforward look at what’s involved in getting older and the types of resources that are available to help people manage the process at their own speed.

“Engaging with Aging” will include a panel providing introductory education on the types of services available to help maintain in-home safety and quality of life as you or a loved one progresses through the common stages of the aging. Options are presented to facilitate aging in place, seek the most comfortable solutions and ease the ultimately necessary transitions.
